Hotels: rooms and bookings

Show your rooms, take room booking requests and table bookings, or connect your booking engine.

Show your rooms

Give each room a photo, a short description, what's included and a price, using Image, List and Button widgets in columns, or Pricing tables. The Saltwater House example shows one way to lay them out.

Room booking requests (Pro)

  1. 1Add a Contact form where you want guests to book, for example on a Book page.
  2. 2In its settings, turn on Room booking request.
  3. 3List your rooms, one per line, with the price per night: Garden Room, €140.
  4. 4Choose the most guests per booking.

Tip: Guests choose dates, a room and guests, and see the number of nights and an estimated price. Nothing is reserved or charged: you get the request by email and confirm availability yourself.

The Book now bar (Pro)

  1. 1Drag the Book now (hotels) widget onto your home page, often over the top photo.
  2. 2Already use a booking system such as Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, Little Hotelier, Beds24 or Mews? Paste its booking page link. Guests check availability and pay there.
  3. 3No booking system? Enter the page with your room booking form, for example /book. The dates and guests are filled in for the guest.

Tip: To have the dates arrive filled in on a booking system, set the link names it uses (Advanced fields). Your provider can tell you, or copy them from a search on your booking page.

Restaurant table bookings (Pro)

Add a Contact form, turn on the booking calendar, list your seating times (e.g. 12:00, 19:00, 20:30) and closed days, and add a Number field for the number of guests.
